As a machine
tool (NCCI), business
& personal computer, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooter specialist for well over 30 years, it is
well worth mentioning that troubleshooting and effective, reliable repair is generally more art than
science.
There are too many to count
IT support company's promising
to 'troubleshoot and diagnose' your
computer problems for 'free'. They may or may not be in
business very long for doing so or simply use the slogan to get lure traffic in the
door.
Often the
troubleshooting steps and proper diagnostics are the most difficult and time consuming part of any
job.
We have been in
business since 1996 and do not generally charge a separate troubleshooting or diagnostic 'fee'. Properly
troubleshooting a computer failure is simply part of a successful job
completion.
